Job Requirements & Job Descriptions

Responsibilities:

  • Create innovations and contribute significantly to independent progress and organizational growth.
  • Perform technical process analysis and map business processes.
  • Coordinate products or projects, interpret applied solutions, and conduct detailing sessions for deeper understanding.
  • Document and analyze current business processes and their underlying systems/applications.
  • Prepare documentation and develop detailed functional requirement specifications and related business activities.
  • Negotiate requirements based on the technical effort analysis.
  • Create detailed designs at both high-level and screen-level, including corresponding business processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or other relevant fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solution Designer, Developer, Solution Architect, or equivalent role.
  • Open to candidates with a combined background in IT Business Analysis, System Analyst, Product Management, and Quality Assurance/Software Testing.
  • Proactive, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide ideas/input for team improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Microservices, SOA concepts, and core programming principles.
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence administration.

Additional Skills (Preferred, but not mandatory):

  • Experience in leading or supervising a team.
  • Experience as a Solution Architect.

Work Arrangement:

  • Employment type: Outsourced-Contract
  • Contract duration: 12 months (extension possibility based on performance and company needs)
  • Location: West Jakarta
  • Work type: On-site/Work from Office (WFO)
  • Monthly salary estimation: Up to IDR 14.5 million
