We are looking for an IT Project Manager (Infrastructure) to manage and coordinate IT infrastructure initiatives within an insurance environment. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee IT infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, quality, and timeline.
- Support team collaboration using agile-based project management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- Experience as an IT Project Manager (Infrastructure) or similar role.
- Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience as a developer.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Microsoft 365, and VPN (Global Protect).
- Willing to work on-site (WFO).
- Available to join ASAP.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing teams using Agile principles.
- Background or exposure to the insurance industry.
