As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building and improving an AI-driven digital platform. You will work on scalable and maintainable applications, contributing to features that create real impact in education and career development products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications (backend and frontend).
- Contribute to the planning and development of AI-enabled features.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
- Build clean, scalable system architecture ready for future AI integrations.
- Develop new features and continuously improve system performance.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Build user-friendly UI/UX for web and mobile platforms.
- Design simple data pipelines and dashboards for analytics needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, and frontend frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
- Experience working with MongoDB or similar databases.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, especially for web applications.
- Familiar with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and within a remote team.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experience working on AI-powered or data-driven systems.
- Background in startups, software houses, or fast-changing environments.
- Experience collaborating closely with product or founder teams.
- Familiar with B2B SaaS products and iterative development.
- Interest in building technology products with global impact.
Work Arrangement
- Placement: Central Jakarta
- Employment type: 6-month contract (extendable)
- Work setup: Remote, with 1–3 offline internal town hall activities per month
- Expected start date: ASAP (1-month notice is acceptable)
