Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend application features in accordance with business requirements and company development standards.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior developers.
- Assist in analyzing technical problems and contribute to developing appropriate backend solutions.
- Document development progress, technical issues, and solutions to support team collaboration and product improvement.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and other technical teams during the development process.
- Support backend integration with internal and external systems through APIs or other services.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and performance improvements for backend services.
- Assist in monitoring backend services during development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Follow company development guidelines, security standards, and operational procedures when building and maintaining applications.
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in backend development.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Java.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot Framework.
- Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience working with at least one database such as Oracle, Redis, MongoDB, or Elastic is a plus.
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and backend service integration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with microservices architecture concepts.
- Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker).
- Exposure to Kafka or event-driven systems is a plus.
- Understanding of caching concepts.
- Internship or project experience related to backend development.
- Available to join immediately or within one month.
