Job Requirements & Job Descriptions

Responsibilities

  • Handle user requests and IT-related issues through ticketing systems, email, or phone.
  • Perform troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and internal applications.
  • Provide quick resolutions as first-level support or escalate issues to the relevant team when needed.
  • Log, track, and update all issues in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure all issues are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Follow up with users to ensure problems are fully resolved.
  • Create and maintain documentation for common issues and solutions (knowledge base).
  • Prepare reports on recurring issues and system performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Support roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware (PC, laptop, printer).
  • Experience in operating system installation (Windows and basic Linux).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general applications.
