We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience in SAP integration and in-house software development. This role connects business needs with technical solutions by translating business requirements into functional specifications and working closely with developers to ensure effective system integration and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Requirements Analysis: Analyze business processes and user needs, identify gaps and potential risks, and translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
- Functional Specification & Documentation: Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, system documentation, and test scenarios to support development and implementation.
- SAP Integration & System Analysis: Analyze integration requirements between SAP and internal or external systems, including data exchange, APIs, and relevant integration methods.
- In-house System Development: Work closely with developers to define functional requirements, evaluate technical solutions, and support the integration and implementation of internally developed systems.
- Project Coordination & Risk Management: Identify potential project issues, coordinate between business users and developers, and support effective implementation through clear communication and structured documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes, system functionality, and team workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Mandatory: Proven experience in SAP integration projects involving SAP and internal or external systems.
- Mandatory: Experience as a software developer or direct hands-on involvement in in-house software development projects, including system design, development, integration, or maintenance.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and documentation, including Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and Microsoft Visio.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology, including EPICs, User Stories, and backlog refinement.
- Understanding of system integration concepts, including APIs, file transfer methods, and data exchange mechanisms.
- Familiarity with SAP integration methods such as IDocs, BAPI, RFC, or middleware-based integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
