About the Project

Digital Platform Project (Financial Services Group)

‍We are hiring for a strategic IT project supporting the development of digital transaction platforms for a major financial services holding group and its affiliated companies in Indonesia. These platforms serve agents, retail customers, and corporate clients across multiple integrated applications for financial products and services distribution.

General Information

• Open for all education levels (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Good communication skills required
• Hiring process: Online Technical Test (HackerRank), Interview
• Target onboarding: ASAP
• Contract duration: until December 2026 (possibility of extension)
• Work arrangement: Work From Anywhere (WFA), except when office presence is required
• Office locations: Jakarta (multiple sites, to be confirmed based on team placement)

Role Overview

Build responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces for a digital financial services platform, working closely with backend and product teams.

Headcount: 6 | Experience: Minimum 1 year | Monthly Salary: IDR 7 – 8.5 million (nett)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze specifications and collaborate with product/user teams
• Implement UI/UX designs into HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code
• Ensure consistent, responsive display across devices and browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) and mobile platforms (Android, iOS)
• Integrate frontend interfaces with backend services
• Detect and fix technical/UI bugs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of frontend development experience
• Proficient in ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, NextAuth.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Familiar with React Hook Form and Yup
• Familiar with Axios, API Routes, and Node.js
• Understanding of ESLint and Prettier
• Willing to work from the office (WFO)
