About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support our business growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting outbound prospecting activities, qualifying leads, and creating sales opportunities for the commercial team.
This position is ideal for professionals who are comfortable engaging prospects, building relationships, and driving high-volume outreach activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry databases, referrals, events, and inbound inquiries.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects aligned with the company’s target customer profile.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, social selling, and other outreach methods.
Lead Qualification
- Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, goals, and business needs.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, business fit, and buying timeline.
- Gather relevant information to ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team.
Meeting & Opportunity Creation
- Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
- Ensure all booked meetings meet qualification standards and represent genuine business opportunities.
Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions.
- Track outreach efforts, follow-up activities, and pipeline progression.
- Generate regular reports on outreach performance and pipeline contribution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams to improve lead generation strategies and conversion rates.
- Share market insights, prospect feedback, and competitive intelligence to support business growth.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or related roles.
- Experience in B2B sales environments, preferably within SaaS, technology, consulting, training, education technology (EdTech), or professional services industries.
- Familiarity with sales qualification methodologies such as BANT, SPIN, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools is a plus.
