Requirements

1. Has experience in recruiting, minimum 2 years, especially in the tech area.
2. Experienced as a tech recruiter.
3. Great communication, interpersonal, and people skills.
4. Medium to advanced level of English (spoken & written).
5. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
6. Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
7. Familiar with job portal recruitment.
8. Experienced in compensation & benefits (payroll) - nice to have.
9. Experienced in employee engagement programs - nice to have.

Job Scope

1. Talent sourcing & scouting. Actively search for potential candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.
2. Validation interview. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability.
3. Create resume talent. Assist in refining and structuring candidate resumes for client.
4. Administration (employment, payroll, etc). Manage documentation, contracts, and payroll-related administrative tasks.
5. Offering letter & negotiation. Prepare offer letters and facilitate negotiations between candidates and clients.
6. Maintenance & retaining existing talents. Ensure employee satisfaction and retention through engagement and support.
7. Handling resume distribution & engagement with clients. Share shortlisted resumes with clients and maintain strong communication with them.

Working Arrangement

• Hybrid working (2 weeks remote, 2 weeks from the office).
